I am passionate about educating the community in death literacy, walking side by side through what needs to be put into place before it happens. Demystifying the taboo and guiding families as they head toward their time of need in a respectful, confidential and non judgemental manner.

My name is Jocelyn Mason and I have worked in and around the funeral industry since 1987. I have experienced change and movement in the death industry over the years. I am often called on for advice before the death and I am here to offer the knowledge I have in navigating these times. I am not a medical professional, I am here for spiritual, educational, and practical support to those who need it.
I am located in Wagga Wagga NSW and if you feel guided, I would be honoured if you would contact me with any
questions you might have.

Death is something that comes to us all, yet when we are faced with it, most of us don’t know what to do. Whether it be a sudden, traumatic death – or one that has been expected, there is always the question “what do we do now”. The most common answer is, well, we better call a funeral director. Yes, absolutely, they will guide you through the process. BUT. What if there were choices you could make before this happens. Knowledge is power, and you only get one go at a funeral – there’s no do-over and gee I wish I had have done x,y or z instead.
I hold Death Cafes each month at the Wagga Wagga City Library, These are a casual, informative session held in a safe and neutral space for sharing.
Many years in the funeral industry have given me a broad knowledge of options
and suggestions. Curious? Give me a call.
